Anti-racism is an ongoing process of learning, listening, and refining your skills. When you have conversations with others, acknowledge that you are on a journey, too, and invite them to come along with you.

Racism shapes the conversations in our parliaments and boardrooms that directly impact the decisions and policies that govern our society.
